Shipping Information!

ALL shipping indicated at the checkout are "ESTIMATES ONLY", based on costs to the most distant main cities within Canada.

  • All shipping "OVERPAYMENTS" greater than $1 will be reimbursed to the funding source, once we have the actual cost.
  • All shipping "UNDERPAYMENTS" greater than $2 will be billed separately

ALL shipping indicated at the checkout to US and International locations, are also "ESTIMATES ONLY", based on costs to the most distant main cities within that country. All prices and estimates are in CANADIAN FUNDS! ( your payment source will automatically calculate any exchange rates at the time of purchase).

If you require a "FIRM" shipping cost, please submit your order as a "Phone Order", then in the comments section - please indicate you would like a payment invoice sent to you with the actual shipping costs included! Again, all prices and quotes will be in CANADIAN FUNDS!

IMPORTANT - If paying via PayPal, they do not illicit a phone number - please add your phone number when you enter your information ( or put it in the comments section ). Orders to the U.S. or Internationally REQUIRE a phone number, and it may significantly delay shipping until we can obtain it.!

RETURNS!

All products manufactured by Motherlode Prospecting Supplies are warrantied for manufacturer defects for a period of 30 days!

All products ( including support products) that are not manufactured by Motherlode Prospecting Supplies are warrantied by their respective manufacturers, and you must contact them directly for assistance. Please ensure you keep your receipt for this purpose.

All products are shipped insured. If your order arrives damaged, please contact us with pictures, etc., including the packaging. Also keep the packaging in the event an adjuster wants to examine it.

Items returned to us without prior authorization will not be accepted. Please ensure you have discussed your wishes to return your order prior to doing so...

  • We do not accept returns of used items
  • All returns MUST be unused and in original packaging.
  • All returns must be previously authorized
  • All returned merchandise that is not defective, is done so at the expense of the purchaser.
  • All refunds on returned merchandise that is not defective will be refunded excluding the shipping costs.
  • All returned merchandise, that is not defective, may be subject to an additional 15% restocking fee
  • Once we have authorized the return, we will email you a shipping label for you to print out then attach to the package.
  • If we do not receive the defective item within 2 weeks, we will consider the case closed and the return shipping label will be cancelled.
