Motherlode Prospecting Supplies began Jan 1, 2011 in Kelowna B.C. Canada, by offering a limited inventory to the Canadian prospector, as well as developing and selling our flagship, and very successful, "MotherSucker Hand Dredge".

We are now located in Victoria, BC as of Jan 7, 2020

The Owner of Motherlode Prospecting Supplies Ltd, grew up in Victoria, BC and has over 30 years of prospecting and metal detecting experience, and actually began selling goldpanning supplies in Victoria in the early 90's.

Recognizing there was a definite lack of Canadian Made Products relating to the placer mining industry, we have been working hard to establish ourselves as a reputable "Canadian Prospecting Supply Company" as well as stocking and manufacturing several "Made In Canada" products such as the Black Scorpion Gold Recovery Systems, Black Max Highbanker, MotherSucker Hand Dredge, Black Scorpion 2-Tier Concentrator Kit, Black Max Sluices and Highbankers. We are soon to release a few more products.

Our customer base now spans the whole of Canada and the U.S., parts of Africa, Australia, New Zealand, UK, Austria, Germany and the Netherlands.

As our business grows, we are dedicated to designing and building more "Canadian Made Prospecting and Mining Supplies" and always striving to improve and diversify the products we carry in inventory.
